I completed Construction Effort III which was supposed to give me two extra factory slots. Where you will see in the tooltip something like:Īdds 2 factories to *insert province name*.Īdds 2 building slots to *insert province name* Industry can increase the amount of slots, and National focus can do the same, and is useally in line where you get the option to modernise the country a bit more. It also increase by population, this ofcourse take a lot of time(as pop only grows 0.12% per year).īut at certain treshholds the population increase is big enough to add a extra slot.
